1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the evow service operated by Les Artisans Du Digital (LADD), SAS. By creating an account or using evow surfaces (web, Chrome companion, mobile app, Magic Mirror SDK), you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Service
evow gives you a single morphological and stylistic profile reusable across 277+ partner brands. The service includes profile creation (onboarding), persistence in the dashboard, and projection of the profile onto shopping surfaces (Magic Mirror SDK, Chrome companion, mobile app, Club EVOW, gifting).
3. User account
Account creation is free. You declare that you are at least 16 years old, or that you are a legal guardian creating a profile for a minor under your responsibility. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity from your account.
4. Data you provide
The information you enter (sizes, measurements, style, brands) must be accurate and up to date. You can modify or delete it at any time. See our privacy policy for processing details.
5. Use of the service
You undertake not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive or improper purposes.
- Attempt to bypass security or encryption mechanisms.
- Perform mass scraping of recommendations or the product catalogue.
- Impersonate a third party or create multiple accounts to bypass service limits.
- Use the service to train a competing AI model.
6. Intellectual property
All evow content (trademark, logo, code, product ontology, body shapes, illustrations) remains the exclusive property of LADD. You retain full ownership of the data you provide (size, style, preferences): we only hold a usage licence to operate the service, revocable at any time.
7. Shopping surfaces (Magic Mirror & Companion)
When you enable Magic Mirror on a partner brand or use the Chrome companion, evow projects your profile onto the brand's catalogue to filter and calibrate sizes. The brand does not receive your identity nor raw measurements: only the relevant size equivalence.
8. Club EVOW
Joining the Club is free and optional. It triggers email notifications (max 1 per week) about drops, private sales and sample sales aligned with your profile. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email or from your dashboard.
9. Gifting and profile sharing
You can generate a private link to share your profile with someone for a gift. You control the scope (sizes only, styles, brands, budget) and link duration. You can revoke it at any time.
10. Pricing
The evow B2C service is free for the end user. No credit card is required at sign-up. evow's revenue comes from partner brands (Magic Mirror SDK licensing) and not from selling user data.
11. Liability
evow makes all technical efforts to provide a reliable service. Size recommendations rely on statistical equivalences and brand-published data. We cannot guarantee a 100% perfect match with every individual product. When purchasing, the final decision and responsibility remain with the user.
LADD's liability is limited to direct foreseeable damages, excluding any indirect damages.
12. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. LADD reserves the right to suspend an account in case of a clear violation of these terms, after written notice and reasonable cure period (except in case of proven urgency: abuse, security breach).
13. Changes
LADD may amend these terms. Any substantive change is notified by email with a 30-day notice period. You may refuse and delete your account at no cost.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court is the Paris Commercial Court, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions apply.
